Return & Exchange Policy
We encourage all customers to create a customer account with us to use in store and online, which provides a digital record of your purchases.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, merchants do not have to accept a return if you simply change your mind. However, we want you to love your purchase! So, if you’re not entirely happy, you have 14 days to submit a request for store credit on full priced items if the product is unsuitable. There is no guarantees that your request will be granted and your item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging and must be unworn.
For glass items, though we use high tensile glass, we understand that accidents happen. If you break a bead or loose and earring, we can make you a replacement bead or earring. Please get in touch to discuss your needs and costing.
1 Month Warranty
The 'warranty term’ of one month is the maximum length of time that we would expect major faults to arise within, in order for these faults to be determined as a manufacturing fault. Proof of purchase is essential for all warranty claims. We now encourage customers to choose a digital receipt when purchasing in our Boutique, for warranty purpose. Outside of the one month warranty timeframe, there are potentially many other factors that may contribute and/or result in the damage of our delicate, handcrafted products. This is not just limited to potential wear and tear, but also factors like proper storage, care or cleaning, heat exposure, or moisture exposure.
